Order & Pickup/Delivery

Thanksgiving Ordering Note: Quantities are limited and some items may sell out, so we recommend ordering early. Fresh turkey delivery orders will be delivered October 7–10. Pickup orders will be available October 8–10. If your order includes a fresh turkey, the entire order will be held for Thanksgiving delivery, so please place any items needed earlier on a separate order. Email notifications will be sent prior to delivery or pickup. Cancelled orders are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Turkey Roast Delivery Note: Turkey Roasts will be scheduled for delivery once your order is placed. If you would prefer your Turkey Roast delivered closer to Thanksgiving, please add a note in the Cart Note section on the cart page before checkout, and we’ll schedule it accordingly.

• Standard orders: ready within 4–7 business days (Central & North Island may vary).
  
• Pickup: You’ll get an email when your order is ready (check junk mail).
  
• Delivery: You’ll receive a confirmation email the afternoon before your delivery with your delivery date and time window.
