Family Sized 9" Tourtiere Pie

Ingredients:

Filling● Local, ethically raised, hormone free, pork ● Mushrooms ● Potato ● Onion ● Sugar ● Vegetable oil ● Celery ● Apples ● Citric acid ● Knox gelatin ● Spices

Base ● Wheat flour ● Margarine ● Dextrose ● Soy lecithin ● Salt ● Flavour 

Thaw before baking. Brush with egg wash (optional) . Place in the center of the oven. Bake at 350F for 45 - 60 minutes until the pie top is golden brown
