Great Grandma's Meatball Recipe
This has to be one of our families most asked about recipes. It has been handed down generation to generation (with a few adjustments along the way). These meatballs can not be beat, and today we decided to share our family's secret recipe with you. It is simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1lb Berryman ground beef
- 1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs or oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 9 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- a few shakes of pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Once combined, roll into balls and place on baking sheet (we use parchment to line our baking sheets for easier clean up). Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 mins (until brown and crispy on outside). Makes approx. 12 meatballs.
Enjoy and thank you Great Grandma we love them!
We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey from you and were very pleased with it. The turkey soup we made later was also excellent. So much so that we came back last week and stocked up on your ground beef, ground turkey and sausage meat. Shepherds pie and cornish pasty coming up.
